ZERO STRIKE LAG
The steel spring absorbs almost 100% of the shock from each punch. This means instant swing-back performance, so you're ready to hit again or dodge the Cobra Bag after every strike. Our thick steel shock spring is what allows the bag to accelerate to such high speeds.
360° STRIKE
The Cobra Bag is so much more than just practice for your jabs and hooks; it will test your movement and speed. It is designed to be unpredictable in the way that it swings back after every strike. This will increase reflexes and hand-eye coordination.
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHT
Quickly and easily adjust the height of the Cobra Bag, using the valve. Simply choose your height and twist the valve to lock it in place. This feature makes the Cobra Bag ideal for boxers of all sizes.
ANTI-TIP TECHNOLOGY
Once you have filled the base with sand or water (for outside use), the bag is designed to never tip over or fall. Strike the bag with as much force as you desire. All the energy of every punch is absorbed by our shock spring.
NO FLOOR SCRATCHES
The bottom of the Cobra Bag's base comes with sticky floor grips, which are designed to prevent scratches and marks. Whilst also giving your bag added base strength, so it does not tip over.
FASTER HAND SPEED
The Cobra Bag is unforgiving. It is designed to compel you to either block, dodge or counter punch. Unlike a heavy bag which is completely stationary, the cobra bag will swing aggressively towards you, forcing you to keep punching. This will help activate your fast twitch muscle fibres; increasing hand speed.
DEVASTATING POWER
Heavy bags tend to swing around too much, especially when hitting power shots. The Rapz Cobra Bag is designed to never move from its base position. It is designed to withstand continuous power shots without ever falling, making it much more beneficial to train with.
BOOST IN ENDURANCE
When compared to training with a heavy bag, athletes showed a much higher PPM(punch per minute) average on the cobra bag as it was interacting back with them, forcing them to punch more often. This lead to athletes having much higher endurance when training with a cobra bag.

Yes, the cobra bag is perfect for outdoors and can be placed in your garden. Just make sure to cover your bag after use for protection against harsh weather.
All types of sand can be used just make sure it is heavy enough to keep the base planted.
The cobra bag does not have any age restrictions. The height can be adjusted to fit the users preference.
The cobra bag can be ajusted to the heights of 150cm - 190cm(4,9ft - 6,2ft).
The base can be filled with water for outside use, however for your bag to perfom the best we recommend sand. This will give your bag more support as sand is heavier.
