TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. LIABILITY

Rapz UK does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Rapz UK Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

2. ORDERING METHOD

Rapz UK reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time if the order has: (a) discounts associated and is (b) deemed not for personal use. An exception may apply if you forfeit the associated discount. In this instance, a Rapz customer care representative will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange payment of the difference. In the event that you cannot be contacted within a time deemed reasonable by Rapz or choose not to pay the difference, all monies received for the applicable order will be refunded via the original payment method. As detailed in our shipping terms and conditions, all shipping charges are based on a parcel weighing no more than 5kg (11 lbs). If your order exceeds this weight, a Rapz customer care representative will make all reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange additional payment for the variance in shipping costs before the parcel is dispatched. Parcel delivery may be delayed in the instance of contact difficulties. In the event that you cannot be contacted with a period of time deemed reasonable by Rapz UKL or choose not to pay the difference, all monies received will be refunded via the original payment method.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Rapz will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable. Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Rapz

Rapz reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

- Shipping rates charged to any destination;

- Delivery method;

- Carrier or shipping provider.

4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Rapz ships to most* destinations around the world via DHL and should usually arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. DHL are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses, when placing your order please provide a physical postal address.

Orders should normally arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch. Rapz does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. International customers will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.

Shipping costs are calculated at time of purchase.

By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all Customs Charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country. Rapz wishes to remind you that as the importer of goods you are legally responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and charges by your Government.

Rapz does not have any control over customs charges and are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. If you are concerned about what charges you may be liable for, please check with your local customs office before proceeding to checkout.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.

Orders cannot be returned to sender.

5. DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

6. ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Rapz UK, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

7. PRICING

Rapz UK reserves the right to change prices without notice. All prices and orders are displayed and processed in Pound Sterling.

8. RETURNS POLICY

Rapz strives to ensure that you are satisfied. We want you to love and enjoy your Rapz purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please let us know.

9. ONLINE RETURNS

What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased at full price?

Refunds, credits or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind for any merchandise, unless the products are faulty.

It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the Rapz warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from our official Website. If either of these 2 conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a refund, credit or exchange.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can not be cancelled or amended once placed and you have received your order confirmation.

11. TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, `Rapz reserves the right to withdraw an item from sale, and to refuse or cancel orders. Rapz will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received. This means that the credit card used to purchase the goods would be the destination of any credit that may be applicable.
