the speedbag is finally something sensible. I ordered one from Ringside and a Fierce Reflex from the USA and the Fierce is the biggest piece of junk ever. THE RAPZ IS great, it is at least as fast as the Fierce... but much better made. So keep your hands off the junk from San Diego, buy a RAPZ!!!!!!!!

Anyone who loves the sport of boxing needs one of these. Amazing for hand speed and head movement. The bag comes back at you so fast that your forced to react quick to dodge it. This is what you call a piece or equipment that makes you pay the price if you mess up a combination!

As a retired boxer, I really wish we had one of these growing up. This bag is an actually masterpiece of engineering. The bag is sturdy, the grips underneath do an amazing job and the spring is just unbelievably quick, it is the only piece of equipment I’ve had that has really tested my limits.

I don’t think anyone in the house can help themselves punching my bag every time they come into the kitchen. Honestly very happy with it, its addictive, fun and definitely difficult to start with, but once you get use to it you will definitely start to see major improvements like I did.

As advertised! No complaints! I filled to the maximum with sand. Made my height adjustments and it has become an everyday item of use. Extremely satisfied with this product. This is a very high quality cobra bag!! I use this bag almost every day. I’m 240lb and 6’1”. I’ve been boxing recreationally for 20 years and I needed something at home that didn’t take up a ton of space. I’ve been hitting this thing for almost a year and it’s still holding up like it did on day one and I hit fairly hard. I love it and recommend it to anyone who has intermediate experience boxing. Maybe not the best idea for a first timer because this thing hits back, which is actually my favorite thing about it.

Yes. The cobra bag can be placed outdoors and is perfect to train with in your garden. Just make sure to cover it after use for protection against harsh weather.

What kind of sand do I fill the base with?

All types of sand can be to used. Just make sure the sand is heavy enough, this will help keep the base planted.

There is no age restrictions for using the cobra bag. The height can easily be adjusted to fit the users preference.
